Here In This House

"where it all happens, those tender moments, under this roof"

This has to be one of the most meaningful requests I've ever had the chance to fulfill, Liz and her brothers grew up in this house. It's very special to them because their father, who passed away 2 years ago, had once lived there with them. Recently the house was sold and two out of the hree siblings flew in to Florida to help move all of the things out. So, I was asked to photograph them in their house and the spots they hold dear to them around the neighborhood. We had a really a great time but at the same time there was a deep sadness to it all. I know they will look back at these photos one day and smile.

If you were my kids, I would be really proud of the three of you, this is really special, thanks for sharing it with me.

So, as you know- the Jacksonville Fair was in town... except I wanted to do something different with it. I was inspired by the old time Circus Sideshows and wanted to incorporate that into a photoshoot. So, Lauren Gherardi and Trigger Happy Tara and I came up with this.

Today...

we had a pretty cool day, did Jude's 3 month photos since I was already outside and had a camera... Pepe rode around with his Lightning McQueen, running over kids ofcourse.
The last part or the day was kind of sad because we went to the fair, but didn't dare to go in, the LINES were ridiculous! We'll go Tues.
