My baby (while at McDonalds) fell off the steps in the playground. Funny how we chose that McDonald's because it's the only one (that I've seen) that actually still has a playground. Well he fell, I didn't think anything of it, until I saw his arm... completely bent out of place. I freaked out and my mom and I rushed him to Sacred Heart. Thank goodness it was the McD's by the hospital.
Anyway- he is fine, thank you Lord. Atleast it was just his arm and not anything else. Atleast it was a closed fracture. He will be 22 months soon. And he already has 2 broken bones :(

Then the doctor had to sedate him because he had to realign the bones better b/c they were so out of place (makes healing better)
Very grateful to the Doc and Nurses :) I honestly felt my whole world spiraling down onto this surreal moment, I couldn't believe what was happening. I was shaking. Was he going to be ok? What else was hurt?
Everything will be ok. We will see the orthopaedic doc tomorrow.

Awww, poor lil guy :-( I could only imagine how freaky it is to see a kids arm bent out of place. I'm glad to hear he's doing alright :-)
man! i'm sorry that happened! I have a 19 month old and I would have been totally freaking out too. thank God he's okay.

I am so sorry to hear about your little man's arm. Everything will be fine. He is tuff. I bet daddy hatted reading about this.

Poor baby...hope him and momma both are feelin' better. I know you had to be shakin' because I would have been. I'll never 4get the very first time my oldest got sick. She had an ear infection and I felt like the worst mom in the world...but in reality I wasn't but it doesn't make the feeling go away when you're little one is hurt or sick, ya know?

Poor little guy! Haley broke her femur when she was about 14 months. It was just the first of many.
hope he's doing well now... just looking at those xrays makes me queasy, i don't know how you handled it!
